Sales Leader Trainee – High-Ticket Sales

About the Role
We’re looking for a Sales Leader Trainee with the drive to master direct and network sales while building the foundation for a fast-track career in sales leadership. You’ll be closing high-ticket deals, growing client relationships, and preparing to step into a leadership role where you’ll guide and scale a high-performing sales team.

What You’ll Do

• Generate and close new business through direct outreach, networking, and marketing channels.
• Present and sell high-value products/services with a consultative approach.
• Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline, meeting aggressive closing goals.
• Collaborate with leadership to implement growth-driven sales strategies.
• Train under experienced leaders to develop skills for future management responsibilities.
• Grow into a Sales Manager role overseeing team performance, training, and results.
